Kriega OS mounting plate right for BMW R 1200 GS LC Adventure, R 1250 GS Adventure, R 850 GS Adventure

The original BMW Motorrad luggage carriers of the BMW R 1200 GS LC Adventure of the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure and the BMW R 850 GS Adventure are designed for mounting aluminum housings and do not have a flat standard profile on the exhaust side. This special edition OS plate for the BMW R 1200 GS Adventure, BMW R 1250 GS Adventure and BMW R 850 GS Adventure includes a stainless steel adapter to flatten the profile and provides a secure mounting for the OS plate so you can mount the Kriega Soft bags.

The adapter is laser cut stainless steel that attaches to the OS plate with 3 bolts and Nyloc nuts. It attaches to the top of the BMW frame with 2 aluminum clamps. The remaining 4 clamps attach the OS plate directly to the frame and provide a very strong and stable base to mount an OS case, OS Adventure Packs or Rotopax ™ fuel or water tank.

The BMW case holder on the side opposite the exhaust is flat and therefore a standard OS plate pipe fit of 16 mm to 20 mm can be easily mounted on this side.

TIP: So you need for both sides once for the exhaust side this adapter here and for the other side the normal one with the part number: 65050017UNI (is also linked below again)
