Delivery

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID from DHL by e-mail. Please remember the delivery time for your items, we always sendeverything together according to the longest delivery time.

Have you received a defective or incomplete item?

Please take photos of the defective item and send us an email with the pictures. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with further information. 

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

We always try to send your package as quickly as possible. And we usually succeed! Please check your order in your customer account to see how long the delivery time for your ordered items is. The longest delivery time always applies here. If an item is delayed, we will be happy to send you a partial delivery. 

What are the shipping costs?

Our tip: From an order value of 49 euros, you can order free of shipping costs within Germany!

Do you also ship abroad?

We ship worldwide. You can find all the countries we ship to in the checkout.

How can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after completing the order online. If the parcel has not yet been sent, you can send us an email and we will change your address manually. If your parcel is already in the shipping process, a change is unfortunately no longer possible.
