Can I redeem several discount codes or vouchers at the same time?
You can only enter one discount code per order. Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined
How can I redeem a discount or voucher?
You can enter discount codes and vouchers at the end of your order process at the bottom left under "Enter voucher code" . Then pleaseactivate the code with a click on the button and you can use your discount or voucher.
The voucher code can no longer be added by us after your order.

There may be several reasons for this:
1. The discount code or voucher has already expired.
2. Your order has not reached the minimum order value.
3. The discount code does not apply to the products in your shopping cart.
4. Maybe the button was not clicked?

Why does my discount code not reduce the shipping costs?
Discount codes only reduce the value of the goods.
Our tip: From a shopping cart value of € 49, shipments within Germany are free of shipping costs!
I have not received a voucher code by e-mail.
Your e-mail address may have been incorrect or you may not have confirmed your registration (double opt-in). Sometimes the mails with the code end up in the spam folder. If you can't find it there, please contact our customer service.
