How can I return an item?
The item was ordered incorrectly or you no longer need the goods?
In this case, you can of course return the package to us and we will refund you the full purchase amount.
It is important that the goods are new and unused. We cannot take back or exchange used goods without original packaging.

Would you like to cancel your order?
Unfortunately, in most cases it is no longer possible to cancel your order, as our system automatically processes the order directly.
In rare cases we can still stop and cancel orders. Please send us an e-mail to: service@rwn-moto.de
We will check as quickly as possible whether an order can still be canceled and then get back to you.
When will my order be shipped?
We always try to send your package as quickly as possible. And we usually succeed!
Our items have different delivery times. We always shipeverything together according to the longest delivery time.
How long do I have to return the item?
The right of withdrawal applies to every order: you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an e-mail in good time.

Have you received a defective or incomplete item?
Please take photos of the defective item and send us an e-mail with the pictures. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with further information.
Didn't receive an order confirmation?
Perhaps your e-mail address was incorrect or there were connection problems during the ordering process? Order confirmations sometimes end up in your spam folder. If you can't find anything there, please contact our customer service.
